Surveying begins for 2016 water projects in Adamawa Central

‪Senator Abdul-Aziz Nyako‬'s Constituency Projects for 2016 would be water projects across the 76 wards that constitute Adamawa Central. The projects consist of a minimum of 90 boreholes (76 hand pumped and 14 industrial) and 14 earth dams.

To kick-off the water projects, consultants from the Federal Ministry of Water Resources were sent to the 7 local governments of the Senator's Constituency to discuss with the communities on their preferred locations and the viability of the projects. In each ward, village heads, community leaders and the grassroots were consulted and included in the decision-making process.
